Non-technical skills Workshop
Learn the skills Airline Pilots have used for decades to make your team safer and reduce mortality.
Service Description
The one-day Non-technical skills workshop will introduce you to the skills used by Airline pilots all over the world. In the 1980's, Non-technical skills training (also known as Team Resource Managment training) was mandated for all commercial pilots. Since then, the number of aviation related fatalities has reduced significantly as flight crews learned how to work best as part of a team. These principles alerted the aviation industry to the human interactions that are an integral part of any team performance.
