Mark 'M' Evers
​
Mark is an Airline Training Captain and Examiner who has been active as an instructor since 1995. He has taught Crew Resource Management skills to hundreds of pilots in his career. He has provided instruction to NHS staff and companies that specialise in high-risk activities. Mark is able to create an environment in which you can learn. A few years ago, Mark was a Training Standards Captain in a large Airline. His main role was to develop new and existing instructors and examiners and to raise the overall standard of instruction. Mark has experience as an Airline Manager at different levels. You will find lessons with him engaging and thought provoking.

Mark 'Lester' Smyth

Mark started his career in the Royal Air Force where he quickly became an instructor and manager of a large tactical training unit. In 2005, Mark left the RAF and joined a commercial airline where he became a Training Captain. He has trained hundreds of pilots how to fly the Boeing 737 and he is a fully qualified Crew/Team Resource Management trainer. Mark has an ability to make you see structure in complex scenarios and he is able to teach you coping strategies that can help you in any high stress, high workload or high-risk situation. Mark also has a fantastic sense of humour which forms an essential part of any course.
